We've all been there, and Denney's book is chock full of great strategies that you can easily put into action and help to get yourself moving in the direction of success again, in no time! Jon provides you with 13 outstanding strategies to help get you unstuck in areas like running useful staff meetings, getting the team to appreciate and demonstrate an ownership mentality and support your values, vision, and mission, and much, much more! My favorite chapters covered how to develop an opportunities and challenges list and how to prioritize it to allow you to take potent actions that solve problems to improve performance and how to standardize your business around best practices.
Denney's writing style is straightforward and very conversational, and the book can easily be read in a day or two, but trust me, that doesn't make it any less valuable or helpful in any way! glad to see I'm not the only one who has ...

The author's no nonsense style produced many "ah ha moments" for me. This book is full of back to basic type lessons mixed in with creative twists that get you looking at things in a different light. The real life lessons at the back of the book were a highlight that brought back a few memories; glad to see I'm not the only one who has struggled through some of these issues. Definitely worth the read and if you're a new entrepreneur and implement these lessons early on in your business you'll save a ton of aggrevation and make more money.

As someone new to the executive business world I found Unstuck to be an insightful, yet easy read. The book has been laid out in a way that allows you to pick and choose the strategies that make sense to you and to your business. The book also provides great summaries with specific questions that can easily be converted into action items. This is a great tool for any executive team.
