very disappointing

coming from a cooking academy you would expect a lot better. to begin with, the book is very tiny and most of the recipes are not even Italian. this was not described. this is a total waste of money and I would be embarrassed to even print a book like this. I will not purchase another book unless there are customer reviews.

This is not a hardback "book". It's more like a booklet. The book is small and has a few recipes in it. I have not tried them yet, but I was expecting a book.
